If you use our contact or catering enquiry form, we collect the details you type into it — typically your name, email address, phone number and message, plus any event details you provide.
Why we collect it
We use those details only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a group or catering order. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, then deleted.
Third parties
This website embeds a Google map so you can find us. When that map loads, Google may set cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy terms. We also link out to Facebook and TripAdvisor; those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on 01332 202410 or in person at the café and we'll deal with it.
